You have an Office move, Network Changes, New Device you want setup and configured, Website updated, Network Changes, Technical issues that fall outside the normal scope of support.
We create you a login to our Device Monitoring Portal, which allows you to view the status of your network devices in real time. Push out packages, see what software and versions are installed. Install Software, Deploy Scripts and Group Policy. The health status of your devices, Last logins, and much more.
From the time you submit your support request, via email, phone call, or customer portal, depending on the support package you signed up for, we have that long to acknowledge and start working on your issue. (This doesn’t necessarily mean we will have resolution in that time frame) However we will start working on, and trying to resolve your issue within that window.
You can always upgrade at anytime you like. Every 90 days we can review your service and usage, and downgrade if you feel like you don’t need the support package you are paying for.
